PINSA ROMANA
Pinsa, the Roman-style flatbread, features a unique dough made with a blend of flours. The dough is fermented for up to 72 hours, resulting in a light, airy, and easily digestible crust. The long fermentation process gives Pinsa its distinctive flavor and texture.
FOCACCIA and PANINI
Our sandwiches feature a variety of Specialty Italian salumi including Porchetta, Speck, Coppa, Prosciutto, and Mortadella, with Ricotta, Mozzarella, Asiago Fresco, and Pecorino cheeses.
ARANCINI
Arancini are a Sicilian street food: a savory ball or cone of rice stuffed with delicious fillings and sauce, then… yes… breaded and deep fried. Try one today with our beef ragu, eggplant, cheese, or other flavors.
BOMBOLONE
Bomboloni are a beloved Italian pastry, resembling fluffy, golden-brown doughnuts. We love these doughnut-like treats filled with creamy chocolate or pistachio custard, topped with powdered sugar.
TIRAMISU
Our tiramisu cake is layered with the classic flavors of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and dusted with cocoa powder.

At Caffe Bottega Italiana, we’re dedicated to bringing the finest specialty Italian meats and cheeses together with locally sourced produce, fresh bread, and traditional fare. We’re serving panini, focaccia, and Pinsa Romana with a variety of prosciutto, mortadella, sopressata, speck, and other fine salumi, as well as a range of soft and hard cheeses including Robiola, Asiago, and Provolone. We also serve and slice specialty cheeses such as Mozzarella di Bufala Il Parco, and Parmigiano Reggiano.

Conveniently located in Leesburg’s Crescent Design District just off Market Street, we’re your local source for specialty imported Italian salumi and cheeses.
Specialty meats and cheeses by the pound, as well as a wide range of pastas, sauces, appetizers, snacks, sweet treats, and imported olive oil.
Our menu of salumi includes Prosciutto San Daniele, porchetta, soppressata, pancetta, coppa, guanciale, nduja, Speck Alto Aldige DOP, Salame Genova, Salame Finocchiona, Salame Emilia Spicy, and mortadella.
We also serve and slice specialty cheeses such as Mozzarella di Bufala Il Parco, Cacio di Roma, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Gran Cru, and many more.
